SETTING UP AN UPLOAD ACCOUNT

In order to upload files you must have an account set up with us and receive a username and password. If you do not have an account, please call or email a Sales Representative.

FILE PREPARATION INSTRUCTIONS

When you are ready to upload, please zip or stuff your file(s) for faster upload. Also, when labeling your file, be sure to put your name or order number on the document.

UPLOADING
YOUR FILES via FTP

You can use any FTP software that you are comfortable with. Fetch, WS_FTP, FileZilla are just a few programs that you can use.

FTP basically means that you are moving your files into our file server. This can be the quickest method if you have large files to send, 50MB or more.

In order to access our FTP site, you will need to input the following information into your FTP software:

  1. The Hostname
  2. UserName
  3. Password

Once you have input this information and gotten into the server, be sure to click on the "DropBox" folder and then move your files there.

Moving your files could be as simple as clicking an arrow to indicate such a move (WS_FTP) or clicking "Put", browsing your desktop and placing your files this way.

If you are having trouble, try using the Online File Folder.
